Function Room Hire

We offer a venue to host a wide range of celebrations including kids parties, engagement parties, christenings and a much more. Whatever your occasion, our main hall is the perfect venue for your event. Our team will work with you to plan your event so you can sit back, relax and enjoy your time here. (We take bookings all year round. However, we recommend that you book at least 12 months in advance for Saturdays during summer months).

Children’s Parties

For children’s parties our facilities are available for hire on Sundays. There are two rooms to choose from depending on the size of your party. Time slots then depend on your choice of room.

Children’s Party Room 1 – Main Hall 

Children’s parties in our main hall can cater for seating up to 180 guests. You can also choose a colour for your lighting to compliment a colour theme. The hire charge for the main hall is £100 (As of 03/05/2022). This booking comes with a choice of two time slots: 3 hours between 11:00 AM and 2:00PM or 3:00PM until 6:00PM. The £100 charge includes the following: 

  • The Hunslet Club Bouncy Castle
  • Tables and chairs (tablecloths not included).
  • Separate entrance/designated smoking area.
  • Use of private toilet facilities
  • Buffet tables (optional).

All bookings will be confirmed when a £50 nonrefundable deposit is payed within 10 days of your booking. 

Children’s Party Room 2 – Dance Studio 

Our Dance Studio is available for hire on Sundays for smaller children’s parties with up to 30 guests. The time slot for this room is 1:00PM – 4:00PM. The £100 hire charge includes:

  • The Hunslet Club Bouncy Castle
  • Bench tables and Benches to accommodate up to 30 children
  • Buffet tables (optional)

All bookings will be confirmed when a £50 nonrefundable deposit is payed within 10 days of your booking. 

Christenings 

For christenings, the main hall is available to hire from 11.00AM until 6.00PM on Sundays. This comes with seating and tables, an optional bouncy castle, as well as colour themed lighting to compliment your event. Our aux chord allows for you or your guest to connect your phone and play music through our speaker system surrounding the hall. Buffet tables are also optional in the event that you provide an external caterer. All of this is included in our hire charge of £100.

Evening Functions 

All evening functions are also situated in our main area. For these functions the main hall is available for hire from 7:00PM. Again, this comes with seating and tables for up to 180 people as well as an option of themed lighting to compliment your event. Our aux chord allows for you or your guest to connect your phone and play music through out speaker system surrounding the hall. Buffet tables are also optional in the event that you provide an external caterer. All of this is included in our hire charge of £100.
