LADIES BOXING FITNESS

Our ladies boxing fitness classes are the perfect way to get yourself into an engaging exercise routine that is enjoyable and fun. If you are interested in boxing, it is also a great way to learn new skills with a professional boxing coach.

The sessions encourage you to compete with and push yourself. There is no booking or commitment needed. Each class is just £3.50, so why not give it a go – Every Wednesday from 6:30 PM until 7:15 PM.
