Creating brighter futures for young people and families across South Leeds.
Since 1940, The Hunslet Club has been at the heart of the local community, providing children, young people, and families with opportunities to be active, creative, and engaged. Over the decades, our club has touched thousands of lives, offering safe spaces for sport, arts, and personal development.
Our programmes are designed to create a lasting positive impact, helping participants build confidence, teamwork, discipline, and life skills both inside and outside of the club. From grassroots activity camps to competitive teams and international performance opportunities, we give young people the chance to grow, achieve, and thrive.
Through nearly a century of dedication, The Hunslet Club has become more than just a place to play – it is a community institution, shaping generations and leaving a real and measurable difference in the lives of those we serve.
Watch how The Hunslet Club makes a difference in the lives of young people and families across our community.
Our mission is to help young people achieve their full potential. Our aim is to ensure all young people have access to a safe space, sport and recreational activity and somewhere to have fun.
The Hunslet Club is more than just a place for sport and activities – it is a powerful community investment. For every £1 spent, our programmes deliver an average social return of £120, providing exceptional value to children, families, and the wider community.
From improving health and wellbeing, building confidence, and developing life skills, to offering opportunities for achievement in sport, dance, and the arts, our work creates measurable, long-lasting positive outcomes. Supporting The Hunslet Club is not just an investment in activities – it is an investment in future generations and stronger communities.
