The club runs Box Fit sessions run by qualified trainers. Box-Fit is the way boxers train without having to get hit! This is a challenging and exciting way to push your Body a little harder.

It is a great fat burning, cardio-vascular, strength, conditioning and toning exercise workout. Take to those pads or punch bags to increase your fitness levels and get rid of any pent-up tension of the day.

There is nothing like pounding the heavy bag to clear the head! This is the ultimate training experience, especially when you have a limited amount of time. Come along and give it a try.
